2012 seems to have flown by rather quickly but it has been an action-packed year. We released three add-ons this year, two of which have been nominated for the devot-ee AcademEE Awards. We attended EECI Europe and I had the honour of speaking at EECI U.S.
In light of this, I thought it would be nice to give you a quick overview of how the past year has gone for us. In general we try to release as many free add-ons as commercial add-ons and this year we released two free add-ons (Responsive CP and Continuum) as well as one commercial add-on (Snaptcha). Snaptcha has quickly become our best selling add-on and has been greeted with wonderful praise, my personal favourite being:
In terms of figures, we have sold over 1,500 commercial add-ons this year and our free add-ons have been download over 3,000 times. This is an incredible measure of success for us and backs up what we state on our homepage – that PutYourLightsOn creates add-ons that power thousands of websites.

And finally I want to leave you with the news that Vienna has for the fourth year in a row been chosen as the best place in the world to live. I feel very lucky that I live in such a beatiiful city with so many wonderful people and at this time of year it really is lovely.
